By accessing, registering on or using the no888 platform at no888.vu, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you as the player and no888 as the platform operator.

If you are using the no888 mobile application or any other product or service provided under the no888 brand, the same terms apply. Your continued use of the platform after any updates to these terms constitutes your ongoing acceptance of the revised version.

These terms should be read alongside the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and no888.

To use no888, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:

• You must be a natural person – not a corporation, trust, partnership or other legal entity.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of another person.
• You must not be accessing the platform in a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer or agent of no888 or an immediate family member of any such person.

no888 reserves the right to request age verification documents at any point. Accounts where age has not been verified may have withdrawals suspended until the verification is completed satisfactorily. If a player is found to have misrepresented their age, all winnings will be void and any deposits may be returned at no888's discretion.

Each player is permitted to hold only one account on no888. Creating duplicate accounts, opening accounts in another person's name or attempting to circumvent a previous account closure by registering a new account is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent banning from the platform.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, contact number and a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. If any of your details change, you must update your account promptly.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. no888 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your password secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your permission, you should contact the no888 support team immediately.

• Do not share your password with anyone.
• Use a strong and unique password for your no888 account.
• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices.
• Report any suspicious activity to support right away.

no888 reserves the right to carry out identity verification checks at any time. You may be asked to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID, proof of address or other documentation. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable time frame may result in account suspension or closure.

no888 accepts deposits in PKR through a range of payment methods available to Pakistani players. Supported deposit channels currently include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, direct bank transfer, Visa, Mastercard and select mobile wallets. All deposits must be made from payment accounts or methods registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts are not accepted and will be returned. no888 is not responsible for any fees charged by your payment provider in connection with a deposit.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of each transaction. no888 reserves the right to amend these limits at any time. Any funds deposited are credited to your account balance and may be used for betting across Sports, Casino, Live Casino and Slots.

no888 does not charge fees for standard deposits, but reserves the right to introduce processing fees with advance notice. Deposited funds are not held in an external trust account. Your account balance reflects funds available for wagering and withdrawal subject to any active bonus conditions.

no888 aims to process withdrawal requests as quickly as possible. Withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypa isa wallets are typically completed within 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfers via Raast usually settle within minutes. Standard IBFT transfers to other banks may take up to one business day depending on the receiving bank's processing times.

no888 reserves the right to delay a withdrawal request if additional verification is required or if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, abuse or a breach of these terms. In such cases, you will be notified and asked to provide any required documentation promptly.

no888 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. These may include welcome bonuses for new players, deposit match bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers and sports-specific promotions tied to events such as PSL, T20 internationals and other major tournaments.

Each bonus comes with its own specific terms including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games or markets, maximum bet limits while a bonus is active and expiry periods. All sports bets placed on no888 are subject to the general rules set out here as well as any sport-specific rules displayed within the Sports section. In the event of a conflict, sport-specific rules take precedence.

• Bet confirmation: A bet is not accepted until you receive a confirmation message. If no confirmation is received, the bet has not been placed.
• Odds: The odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the odds that apply to your bet. Odds may change before confirmation due to market movements.
• Void bets: Bets may be voided in circumstances including match abandonment, fixture postponement beyond a defined period, clear pricing errors or technical faults.
• Live betting: In-play bets are accepted at no888's discretion. Live odds update in real time and a bet is confirmed only when accepted by the system.
• Cricket rules: For PSL and international Cricket matches, specific rules on minimum overs, weather interruptions and Duckworth-Lewis adjustments are applied as stated in the sports rules section.
• Maximum winnings: Maximum payout limits per event and per day apply. These limits are displayed in the sports rules section.

no888 reserves the right to limit the stake or refuse a bet from any player at its discretion without providing a reason. This applies to all sports markets including Cricket, Football and Esports.

The Casino and Slots sections of no888 are provided through certified third-party game providers. All games use random number generation (RNG) technology or live dealer formats where applicable. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are set by the game provider and are reflected in the long-term statistical payout of each game.

The outcome of each game round is independent of all previous rounds. Past results have no influence on future outcomes. no888 does not manipulate game outcomes and has no ability to do so – results are determined entirely by the game software.

• Minimum and maximum bet amounts are displayed within each game.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, the round will be completed and the result recorded. If a disconnection prevents a result from being recorded, the round will be voided and the stake returned.

Live Casino tables have table-specific minimum and maximum stake limits. These are displayed before you join a table. Joining a table and placing a bet constitutes acceptance of the table rules in effect at that time.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on no888. Engaging in any of these will result in immediate account suspension and potential forfeiture of funds:

• Opening or operating more than one account.
• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud or any other illegal financial activity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other form of artificial assistance to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or pricing errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion or any form of organised cheating across Casino or Sports markets.
• Attempting to access other players' accounts or any restricted area of the platform.
• Using offensive, abusive or threatening language when communicating with the no888 support team or other users.
• Deliberately misusing the chargeback process with your payment provider to reverse legitimate transactions.

no888 monitors account activity for signs of prohibited conduct and cooperates fully with relevant authorities where illegal activity is suspected. If your account is suspended pending investigation, you will be notified by email.

no888 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its sole discretion. Reasons that may lead to suspension or closure include, but are not limited to, breach of these terms, suspected fraud, failure to complete verification, suspected underage access or prolonged inactivity.

You may close your own account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Upon closure, any remaining balance that is not subject to an active bonus condition will be processed as a withdrawal to your verified payment method.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, no888 may retain any balance where there is evidence of fraud, bonus abuse or prohibited conduct. In all other cases, your available balance will be returned to you after any outstanding verification is completed.
